By accessing or using Starcastle ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Starcastle provides a multi-AI consensus platform that allows users to query multiple AI models simultaneously and generate aligned, consensus-driven responses. The Service acts as an intermediary between users and various AI providers.

Account Responsibilities

• • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (in accordance with COPPA)
• • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• • You agree not to share your account with others
• • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models
• • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

Billing and Credits

• • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• • AI credits are included with your subscription and reset monthly
• • Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period
• • We use pass-through pricing from AI providers with no markup
• • You may cancel your subscription at any time; it will remain active until the end of the billing period

AI-Generated Content

The AI responses provided through the Service are generated by third-party AI models. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful responses through our consensus mechanism, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. The AI-generated responses are provided for your use under the terms of the respective AI providers. The Starcastle platform, branding, and technology are owned by Starcastle.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starcastle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
